Most of us eat extremely low amount of fiber in diets. Health experts recommendations 25 to 35 grams of fiber per day. The best place to get fiber, whole grain foods such as whole vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts and beans.

25 grams of fiber per day can seem overwhelming. Like most of these changes is the best way to work, even if you take one step at a time. Try a piece of fruit rich in fiber, and howApple or pear for breakfast, lunch. Then turn your whole wheat bread. A further change easily, so it is a bean based cook dinner per week. Chili made with lean meat is really a good choice.
